Business results in the last three years, which include multiple growth of income opening of new markets and business segments, encouraged the owner to reorganise the Company's management.
From 01.09. a new Management Board of the Company was appointed, headed by the owner and former director Kristijan Vlahović, who takes over the position of President of the Management Board (CEO) and remains in charge of sales and strategic planning in the new organisation.
Mr. Ivica Puljić, former technical director, was appointed Member of the Production and Technology Management Board (CTO), and Mr. Ozren Hudina, an experienced expert with over 18 years of experience in finance and business consulting, is a Member of the Board primarily in charge of finance and operational processes (CFO and COO) and supervises and manages IT support, marketing and legal services.
